How healthy is what you drink ?

The question that almost nobody doesn't ask themselves is the milk undigestible for our stomach? Have you thought about it? since we were children people foment the idea that we must drink calcium contained in milk because it gets strong and healthy bones, ha, bullshit! but how truthful were the commercials we used to watch on tv or even our mothers say (influenced generation through generation) "you should drink your glass of milk because it is good for your bones to make it stronger". Harvard University has discovered recently that this statement is completely FALSE.

so what in the earth are we still drinking that?

There are several reasons you can choose to do not drink cow's milk, it says that industries have emitted high gas emissions that contribute to global warming.

There are researches were shows that may give cancer if is drinking a lot also our digestive system can NOT process if it can is more difficult and exist other types of drinks they have five times more calcium, for example, the milk of almond, soy, rice, coconut, etc.., them no more excuses to leave it.
